How to Play A Tsunami Flute
The following fingering charts work for Tsunami Flutes. Not all Native Style flutes will play like
a Tsunami Flute. But a Tsunami Flute will play like most Native Style 5 and 6 hole flutes.
Some flute makers will try to tell you this is impossible. Perhaps it is impossible on their
flutes, or perhaps they want to try and sell you three flutes when only one Tsunami Flute
is all it takes to play three scales.
To play a sliding "blues" note or intervals between any note, just roll the finger
off of the hole. This is called bending a note. Tsunami Flutes bend notes to make a smooth
transition from one note to the next.
